Marisa B. Tejeda (they/she) is excited to be back at APT this season. They served as an external understudy in the 2022 season and performed in Winter Words. Acting credits include The Guthrie Theater, Ten Thousand Things Theater, Pillsbury House Theatre, LAByrinth Theatre Company, Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Park Square Theatre, and Kansas City Repertory Theatre among others. Marisa has taught and directed at the University of Minnesota BFA program, Stillwater Prison, Faribault Prison, Metropolitan State University, MCTC, and Inver Hills Community College. Recent directing includes Othello at the University of Minnesota and assistant director of Primary Trust at the Guthrie Theater. They hold an MFA in Acting from UMKC/Kansas City Repertory Theatre.
