Artboard 3

The countdown to Halloween 2026 is on! Do you have your costume picked out yet? Fret not! Our talented team of 2026 designers are here to provide niche inspiration perfect for those in need of some theatrical collaboration this time of year. Check out these truly one-of-a-kind, DIY costumes below!

Forest Spirit
As You Like It

What you'll need:
  • Sunset Ombré or Tie Dyed Shirt
  • Sunset Ombré or Tie Dyed Scarf
  • Wildflower Crown
  • Glow Sticks or Fairy Lights
  • (Optional) Golden Face Paint
  • (Required) A Love For Weddings
If "mythical", "lovable" and "jaw-dropping" are all words on your costume vision board, consider going as Hymen, the God of Love in Shakespeare's As You Like It, this year! Get a little psychedelic with some sunset ombré or tie dyed pieces. Then add a wildflower crown of your own creation to the look. Maybe even consider using glow sticks or fairy lights to illuminate the Forest of Arden (or your street) with your glowing aura. Good energy and a love of all things love are essential to this costume.

And don't forget to show off your collection of cute songbirds, but remember: the birds DON'T like to be squeezed.
