Introduce us to Most Mondays!

Most Mondays is a collaborative effort of the Morrill Lecture Series, Rural Musicians Forum, Taliesin Preservation and the River Valley Film Club.

On most Mondays June through October, (when APT doesn’t have shows!) our organizations will be hosting a total of 17 music, film, and lecture events at venues throughout Spring Green. We hope our local community and APT patrons will join us to explore additional arts and culture programming right here in the River Valley.

What inspired the creation of Most Mondays?

Most Mondays began when representatives from our organizations came together to brainstorm how we could amplify – and not double book! – all the great events we host throughout the summer and fall, most of which tend to happen on Monday evenings. There are so many opportunities to engage here in Spring Green and we hope that people will take advantage of them all.

Share more about the different partner-organizations represented.

The Rural Musicians Forum: The Rural Musicians Forum presents concerts and outreach programs in the River Valley and beyond. RMF fosters the best in a broad range of musical traditions, provides all members of the community an opportunity to enjoy live music, and inspires a love of music in youth.

The Morrill Lecture Series: The Morrill Lecture Series gives people the opportunity to learn about the world and themselves. It fosters community and a sense of connectedness with others, inspires people to see the world differently, grows knowledge and critical thinking around important topics, and shares a spirit of optimism and hope.

Taliesin Preservation: The Taliesin Preservation preserves the cultural, built, and natural environments that comprise the Taliesin property and conducts public educational and cultural programming that provides a greater understanding of Frank Lloyd Wright’s architecture and ideas.

The River Valley Film Club: River Valley Film Club was founded in 2023 to promote and program film screenings in the River Valley Area and to create a network of film lovers. Follow RVFC on Facebook for information on upcoming movie screenings.
